FAQs
What services do you offer?
1
I offer one-on-one naturopathic consultations via Zoom, so you can connect with me from anywhere in Australia. These sessions are designed to give us the time and space to explore your health in depth, all from the comfort of your own home.
Simply find a quiet, comfortable spot, bring along a tea or coffee, and we’ll have a relaxed, personalised conversation about your health goals, concerns, and the steps needed to support your wellbeing.
How long does it take to see results? How many sessions will I work with you for?
2
Every woman’s body is different, so the timeline for results can vary. Many clients begin to notice subtle improvements-such as better energy, feeling calmer, improved mood, or better digestion-within 2-4 weeks of starting their personalised plan.
More significant changes, like hormone balance and deeper nervous system regulation, typically take around 6–12 weeks, depending on your individual needs. For more complex cases, this process may take longer.
Your results will also depend on lifestyle factors and consistency with the recommendations provided. This is a very personalised journey, so rather than setting strict timelines, I focus on supporting your body in a gradual, gentle way-designed for long-term, sustainable results rather than quick fixes.
Most women are with me for 3-4 sessions on average. More complex cases may take longer.
How much does private testing cost?
3
Testing costs depend on your individual needs and what we uncover during your initial consultation.
For many women, I recommend comprehensive hormone testing, which may include adrenal markers, thyroid panels, and reproductive hormones (case dependent). General blood tests are often helpful too, and these can be done through your GP-or, for convenience, you can order a low-cost general blood test online through Instant Scripts (around $24) before your consultation. This gives us a great starting point to assess nutrient levels and blood chemistry that may be contributing to your concerns, and I’ll interpret the results for you at your initial consult. You can also send me any bloods that you have had done within the last three months.
As a guide, you can budget around $280 for full comprehensive hormone testing. In more complex cases, I may provide a referral letter for your GP to request additional testing, which may be eligible under Medicare. I also sometimes recommend gut microbiome testing where it’s appropriate.
All testing is discussed with you first, so you feel informed, comfortable, and confident about what’s most relevant for your health. If you’re on a tight budget, I can provide a referral to your GP so we can start with the essentials and build from there. This is a guide only.
Can I still see a Naturopath if I am on medications?
4
“Absolutely! Many of my clients take medications for various health concerns. During your consultation, we carefully review any medications you’re on and check for interactions with supplements, herbs, or lifestyle recommendations. This ensures that all support I provide is safe, personalised, and works alongside your current treatment. I believe in a collaborative approach to your health, so you’ll always feel informed and confident about the plan we create together
