A little bit about me first..
My path to Naturopathy began with my own health journey.
In my early 20s, I was diagnosed with Generalised Anxiety Disorder. I felt overwhelmed, disconnected, lost and thought that this was going to be my life.
What I didn’t know at the time which I know now was that my Nervous system was completely dysregulated, and those symptoms were a sign that I wasn’t living in alignment with my life, nourishing my body, regulating the past or taking care of myself.
I didn’t feel like myself, and I didn’t know how to get back there.
Everything changed when I sat down with a Naturopath for the first time. For the first time, I felt heard and listened to. I was in a relaxing room and knew that this is what I wanted to do as a living and that I could learn and find the tools to start to heal my self.
That appointment planted a seed. I left my law degree behind and began a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy. What started as a journey to understand my own health became a calling to help others do the same.
Since then, I’ve worked through my relationship with anxiety, hormone imbalances (low progesterone & high oestrogen) and shifted to a slower and more meaningful life. It wasn’t a quick fix—but through naturopathic medicine, nervous system regulation tools, and mindset work (including NLP), the transformation in how I feel has been profound.
Today, I live in a way that’s slower, softer, and more aligned with my core values.
I spend my time walking in nature, cooking and eating nourishing food, enjoying balance, reading, creating space for rest, connection, and joy—whether that’s with myself, close friends, family, my fiancé Marcus, or our Groodle, Lore. That shift—from chaos to calm—is what inspires the work I do today. “If you are always under pressure your Nervous system will feel under pressure”.
The Heart Behind The Slow Life Naturopath
My approach is grounded in both science, traditional herbal wisdom and lived experience. I know how frustrating it is to feel like something’s off, but to be told everything is “fine.” I know how hard it is to keep pushing when your body’s begging you to slow down.
That’s why I take the time to truly listen. I look at the whole picture—your symptoms, history, environment, mindset, blood tests and more—so we can get to the root of what’s going on and create a plan that’s as supportive for you.

Nervous system issues: Anxiety, panic, burnout, fatigue & nervous system dysregulation
Hormonal imbalances & reproductive conditions: including PMS, PCOS, irregular cycles, Endometriosis, PMDD, amenorrhoea, painful/heavy periods, thyroid imbalances, and support coming off hormonal contraception
Gut issues, such as bloating, dysbiosis, and irregular bowel motions
