Four Naturopathic Consultations:
Reset phase 1:
Initial Consultation –60 minutes- Naturopath appointment- In depth health review
Pathology Review & Extended Consult + detailed root cause protocol– 90 minutes- Review test results
Regulated phase 2:
Return Consult – 45 minutes- Naturopath integration appointment- Progress consult
Final Consult – 45 minutes- Naturopath integration appointment - Final consult- finish program or add on maintenance consultations.
3. Functional Testing included in cost:
After your first appointment, a pathology referral will be sent which will include your day 21 hormone panel, cortisol markers, full thyroid panel including thyroid antibodies + advanced gut stool testing kit.
Testing specifics:
Estrogen + progesterone for day 21 hormones
Full hormone panel for day 2-3 of cycle.
Insulin
Full Thyroid panel- TSH. Free T3 (FT3), Free T4 (FT4) + antibodies + RT3.
Cortisol & DHEA - adrenal markers
Functional gut microbiome profile stool test through Co-biome- advanced testing for your gut function- more information below.
I will also want to see recent general bloods, please get these done from your GP (Ask for updated bloods) prior to your first consult or we can order these for you outside of the program cost for $24.
Gut Microbiome Testing explained:
Your gut health has possibly been affected by stress or you’ve experienced long-term digestive issues, hormone imbalances, skin issues and anxiety.
This stool test includes analysis of:
Parasites, worms, and opportunistic bacteria
Fungi, yeast, bacterial and viral pathogens
Beneficial bacteria levels
-Inflammatory and digestive markers:
Faecal Occult Blood, Calprotectin, Pancreatic Elastase
Secretory IgA, Zonulin, Beta-glucuronidase, Short Chain Fatty Acids
Antimicrobial sensitivities (bacterial and fungal)
This is a powerful test to get to the root of persistent gut symptoms, hormone imbalances, stress and skin concerns and support full-body healing.

PLEASE NOTE: Supplements and herbal medicines are not included in the package cost you will need to pay for these outside of this program cost- as supplements and herbs are personalised and a price is unable to be calculated for everyone.
50% prepayment is required to confirm your place in the program with the other 50% being due after your first appointment. We can not refund this package as tests are ordered prior that are non-refundable.

If you have already done some of this testing but still want to be in this program please email me your test results at theslowlifenaturopath@outlook.com and I can then adjust the price for you.
If we are the right fit I will get you to book your initial consultation in to get started in January.
At your first appointment, we’ll map out your next three consults and begin your personalised testing and treatment journey- you will receive testing kits and nervous system resources after your first appointment.

Please note most of the time 12 weeks is enough for women to experience profound changes. But for more complex cases this may take longer- this is why you can book a return appointment after the 12 weeks if needed. Please aso note if things come up, you get sick or are busy the reset program may extend longer then the 12 weeks, this is completley fine.
Please also note we can also order these tests in your 1:1 Naturopath consults if you dont want to be in the program, please let me know in your consult if you would like any of these done. I will recommend what tests are suitable for you based on your presenting health concerns.
For the best results working alongside a psychologist, hypnotherapist or councillor during this program is extremely beneficial but not essential.
